He Finally said MAMA!!!!!

I have been wating for 21 months for this day. Logan's first word was "DAD". I was fine with this, but am always amazed that a child spends all day with mommy and yet the first word to pop out of their mouth is dada. Since "DAD", Logan has said kitty, cookie, hat, shoes, baba (bottle), eat, go, and various jabber that makes sense to him. We have begged, pleaded and coaxed for Logan to say "mama" ever since he said "DAD." Logan would just smile his smirky little smile, telling us, "I can say it, I'm just not going to." I didn't think the words would ever escape his little mouth. Then, finally, a few weeks ago, the glorious words came, "MAMA! MAMA!" I am elated!!!!! My little boy finally called me mama. He's known I was mama, he just wouldn't call me mama. In fact, until a few weeks ago, I was also "daddy." But now, I actually get to be MAMA!
